Santa Fe High School is a high school serving grades 9–12 in the Alachua-High Springs area in northwestern Alachua County, Florida. It is part of the Alachua County Public Schools. The school mascot was originally the Rebels, but was later changed to the Raiders in 1970 when integration was implemented. The school colors are red and gray. Bill Herschleb is the principal. Principal Bill Herschleb has offered an after-hours program known as "Raider Aides" to assist students in academia. Santa Fe also offers 15 Advanced Placement Courses and an Academy of Agriscience.

The Santa Fe varsity football team won the Florida High School Athletic Association's Class 3A State Championship in 1991 and again in 1994. In the 1970 season, the football team finished 12–1, losing in the State Championship game, that team still holds the record for highest winning percentage. In 1975, the baseball won the Class B State Championship. Boys weightlifting and Boys track have also won State Championships. The basketball team has won 5 consecutive district championships – more than any other team in North Central Florida. They won regionals and districts in 2008, but lost in the state semi-finals. The 2001 girls track team finished as State Runner-up to have the highest finish of any girls athletic team in school history. The softball team finished in the Elite 8 in 1996,1998,1999 and 2005. The 2005 team finished 26–1, winning 26 games in a row to shatter the school record for wins. The volleyball team advanced to the Elite 8 in 2005 and 2006. The 1987–1988 volleyball team went to the 2A Florida State Final 4.
The "Raider Regiment" marching band has won 8 state championships; 5 consecutively from 1999 to 2003, then again 2005, 2009 and 2010.
Santa Fe High School has a unique agriculture program that attracts many students across North Florida.
Notable alumni include Craig Fugate,Director of Federal Emergency Management Administration, (FEMA) Chicago Bears running back Adrian N. Peterson, Atlanta Falcons middle linebacker Mike Peterson.Linval Joseph, defensive tackle 2nd round draft pick in the 2010 NFL draft, graduated in 2007. Lenny DiNardo, 1998 graduate, was a member of the 2005 World Series Champion Boston Red Sox. Gina Crews, a graduate in 1991, starred in Survivor Marquesas 2002. Yuvon Mobley 2000 valedictorian, attended and graduate from an Ivey League college-Princeton University-2004 class.
